I’m not sure I can let go…

How many times have you wished you didn’t have to write proposals into the evening? We’ve all dreamed of delegating proposal writing at one time or another, right? But how can you convey everything that’s in your brain or your messy notes to another person? Is that even worth the time?

I know I’ve had many late nights racing to make a deadline to get a client proposal delivered. It’s almost a rite of passage as a small business owner in our industry. I know many of my floral designer friends either don’t love their process or just don’t have the time to write gorgeous proposals and recipes.

When I think of how I used to create proposals, I’m mortified. I can’t believe anyone hired me! I should find one and post it just for kicks. And recipes? Nope, didn’t write them for way too long. How? Now I can’t even begin to start an efficient order without my recipes.
