Let's Propose came together when...
I was transitioning to semi retirement and started helping my friend, Jan, with her proposals on Details software. I realized that this part of our industry is a common pain point for so many floral designers, they just want to design the beautiful flowers and hate spending their time behind a computer screen.
A lightbulb went off and I started writing proposals for other clients too. One of my very first clients now has me write every proposal for them and they are busy! Thats when my semi-retirement turned into full time work and I knew it was time to bring in some rock star designers to help. I knew just who to call - Isha, Susan and Cheri.
In mid 2023, Cheri & Isha stepped back to concentrate on their design businesses, but happy to announce they are still available as consultants.
I'm passionate about helping fellow florists.
I've been in the floral industry for a LOT of years and I love what I do. I saw a need in our industry to help other florists and the lightbulb went off.
I love sharing my experience with others.
I live in Petaluma California on my one acre flower farm with my husband and 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks (the best dogs ever!) I’ve been a floral designer for a very long time through my business, Marion Moss Floral. I’ve been flower farming for just about 5 years. I love attending classes and workshops to continue lifelong learning.
My favorite flower is Tuberose ( and yes I grow them!) my favorite cocktail is a French 75 and my favorite season is Spring - all the best flowers. I’m excited about Let’s Propose to help my fellow florists become more profitable and pay themselves what they deserve.
