Freelancer Experience Level Descriptions

Floral Assistant: You are new to the industry, extremely willing to learn and have less than 3 years experience.

Associate Designer: You have 4+ years of experience working in a floral environment and/or freelancing.

Lead Designer: You have worked in the industry for 4+ years and have some management or lead position experience.

Floral Industry Pro: You have owned your own business for over 5 years and can run multiple teams and execute design for entire weddings.
